Access without a campus
There are no lecture halls and no teaching address. Expertise is assembled as course material, and the campus is a learning platform rather than a place.

Mission and vision
We describe our purpose in one sentence, and most of our operating decisions follow from it.
Mission and vision
These statements explain ACLAS's guiding principle, long-term vision and approach to accessible online education.
Our guiding principle To Forge a World Where Geography and Wealth No Longer Limit Intellectual Destiny Through Antifragile Education
Vision Every mind, regardless of origin or means, deserves world-class learning.
A shorter positioning line used by ACLAS is Revolutionizing Education for a Global Tomorrow.
What that means
A mission is only meaningful where it constrains a decision. These are the three places it does.
There are no lecture halls and no teaching address. Expertise is assembled as course material, and the campus is a learning platform rather than a place.
ACLAS receives no federal funding and takes no Title IV funds. Low tuition is a design decision about what the college chooses not to spend on, not a discount funded from elsewhere.
The college publishes both the accreditation it holds and the accreditation it does not, and says that applicants must verify how a credential will be received in their own jurisdiction.
The college
The limits
The mission is about access, not about recognition. ACLAS explains that these are different questions, and that recognition is decided by the institution or authority reviewing a credential.
The regulatory position. ACLAS holds ISO 29995:2021 certification from AQS, full accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE), and full online accreditation from the European Association for Higher Education Advancement (EAHEA). These credentials affirm our commitment to high-quality education. However, ACLAS is not accredited by the U.S. Department of Education and is not regulated by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC). ACLAS does not admit Georgia residents.

Questions
What the mission commits the college to, and what it deliberately does not.
Our guiding principle is forging a world where geography and wealth no longer limit intellectual destiny through antifragile education. Our stated vision is that every mind, regardless of origin or means, deserves world-class learning.
We do not publish a formal definition. In practice the model is one that improves under pressure: self-paced study that fits around work, low fixed tuition, no campus to maintain, and a curriculum learners can continue through disruption rather than pausing.
Three ways that are measurable: tuition is a one-time payment rather than a per-credit or per-semester charge; there are no term dates, so no one has to wait for an intake; and there is no campus, so no relocation is required.
We do not publish our legal form or tax status. We receive no federal funding, including no Title IV funds.
We publish four counters — nations reached, students worldwide, graduation rate and satisfaction. The figures are published without an accompanying methodology or measurement date.
No campus, no term dates and tuition paid once. Applications are open continuously.
