The college's DEI framework rests on four pillars of “Radical Equity”: Radical Accessibility (Digital Justice); Cognitive & Cultural Diversity; Economic Justice (PPP Pricing); and Inclusive AI Governance.
ACLAS was engineered as a “Regenerative Institution”, removing carbon-heavy campus and travel overhead.

About these commitments
ACLAS publishes these commitments on its own authority. There is no external assurance statement, no reporting framework and no third-party audit attached to them, which is normal for a college of this size but worth knowing before quoting them.

Because our computing programs teach it. We state a responsible-AI position alongside the MCS, BSCS and the AI certificate programs, and run open source AI projects under our own name.
We have published a roadmap towards net-zero hosting by 2028. The main environmental lever for an online institution like ours is the infrastructure we rent rather than the estate we own.
